  1. User Conduct

When using the Website, you agree to:

a. Provide accurate and complete information during the registration or checkout process. b. Use the Website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with this Agreement. c. Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the Website or the experience of other users. d. Not use the Website to transmit or distribute any harmful, illegal, or infringing material. e. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.

  1. Warranty

Charged Canada provides a warranty for all boards sold, unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers the first 500 kilometers or 1 month of use, whichever comes first. The warranty includes repairs or replacement of the board at the sole discretion of Charged Canada.   1. Shipping

Charged Canada is not responsible for any lost items or damages that occur during shipping. Once the item is shipped, the responsibility for its safe delivery lies with the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.

    1. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Charged Canada. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Charged Canada shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Charged Canada be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to any damages resulting from lost items in shipping or any injuries as a result of the use of products sold by Charged Canada.
