Fantastic service and machine - used Pint S

So far the onewheel is amazing and my son (11) is enjoying it even more than I anticipated. It took him maybe 24 hrs to go from needing support to being fully independant and two weeks later he is still having a blast - on it multiple times a day all over the property. We purchased a used Pint S (with the treaded tire and flared platform). It runs great on gravel, grass, and pavement and I love the ability to change the top speed limit. I was a little worried that it would be dangerous but it has safety features built in and the size is easily managed by my son. There have been a few spills but now he doesn't ride it in the rain or on the porch lol.

Mark was so lovely and helpful and I was quite blown away by his responsiveness, accessibility, and the careful consideration he put into recommending the perfect onewheel for our circumstances - including ensuring it featured my son's favourite colour, and that it arrived in time for his birthday. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me, quite the contrary, he was more respectful of my budget than I was lol! I am so pleased that my kid is spending hours outside everyday rather than on screens! Thank you Mark - you are the best!
